WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in business, supply chain or currently studying in this field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics in an FMCG environment
  • English, SAP, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word

Responsibilities:

New Product Development (NPD)/PLM’s:

  • Weekly NPD and marketing meetings.
  • Review finished goods run-out and NTM availability.
  • Analyze potential write-offs and update reports monthly.
  • Generate MEMOs for W/O.

Production Planning:

  • Weekly meetings to address capacity issues.
  • Review SOH, in transit, and shipping reports.
  • Manage Nakhla F/C and create purchase orders.

Cash Flow:

  • Weekly cash flow updates using production planning.
  • Conduct bond clearance analysis twice monthly.

Master Data:

  • Monthly maintenance of master data.
  • Request and maintain pricing for new SKUs.

Shelf-Life Management:

  • Review SAP shelf-life report.
  • Request samples for quality approvals.
  • Communicate extensions or potential write-offs.

Reporting/Supplier Invoices:

  • Generate monthly marketing and inventory reports.
  • Manage framework orders and process GRNs.
