Job Function/Description:

• Collaborate with clients to refine requirements, translating data into actionable insights and improvement plans.
• Analyze and interpret business data, identifying growth opportunities and selecting critical variables. Create data visualizations and compute summary statistics using tools such as Excel, statistical software, and PowerBI.
• Define warehouse and transportation capacity, as well as operational resources, through volume and logistics cost analysis. Utilize PowerBI to develop dynamic reports that track and optimize warehouse and transportation metrics
• Utilize various analytical tools like Excel and statistical software to assess current state and derive insights.
• Oversee and manage changes in SDSA Logistics/Innovation projects. Analyze requirements to recommend appropriate IT system methods and manage diverse development and operational needs to enhance performance and clarity.
• Employ data analysis system tools to detect anomalies and implement necessary action items.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and fulfill other job-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 4+ years of Data Analytics or other relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization including customers and carriers.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, while meeting deadlines
• Learn about management know-how and possess the ability to discover innovation tasks by learning the practical contents of ecommerce/transport/warehousing. Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong work ethic
• Master’s Degree preferred
