The Position
You, as Logistics Claims specialist process, track and reduce the Domestic Market Logistics Claims by handling claims for lost or damaged shipments including identifying the root cause of claims and recording its damage or loss. Effectively and efficiently address any issues that arise
during shipping, minimizing any negative repercussions to Roche Diagnostics South Africa.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- NQF 5/6 in logistics or similar
- 3 to 5 years in customer experience in logistics or similar
- ERP system knowledge
RECOMMENDED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Customer experience
- 3PL interface ability
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Accuracy, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Good communication (verbal and written) skill, planning, organising and prioritising
- Technical and business expertise, report creation
