THE PERSON

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join EZ Living Furniture’s logistics operations team in Damastown. We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator (Scheduling and Distribution). The successful candidate will play an essential role in one of our fast-paced warehouse operations. We will provide training to the candidate who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

A background in customer service and logistics is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills

THE ROLE

Supporting the warehouse managers in coordinating delivery and collection schedules
Liaising with customers, stores and delivery teams regarding delivery queries and payments
Create logistical plans for home deliveries in conjunction with Customer Service and the Transport Manager for the EZ Living Furniture stores across the Country
Communicating with the Transport Manager and relevant personnel ensuring all requirements are met in an efficient manner
Ability to work ahead to foresee and resolve any delivery discrepancies
