Description:

UGL Telecommunications is seeking applications from experienced customer focussed Logistic Coordinators to join our team in Tullamarine, VIC.
The role will be an interface between contractors and our internal project team. You will be in charge of processing contractor orders and ensuring inventory levels are in line with forecasted jobs/contractor requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing contractor stock order including ensuring the existing stock levels are in line with jobs at hand
  • Provide administration support to the warehouse as required
  • Follow up with transport companies on outstanding shipment, validating invoices and raising of purchase orders
  • Liaise with internal teams / contractors for the visibility of stock and movement
  • Regular correspondence with technicians and assisting with the reconciling of stock
  • Placing stock orders as required
