Location: Dublin West fully onsite for training and moving to hybrid working model.
Days/Hours of Work: Full Time Permanent, standard hours Mon-Fri.

Our client is seeking to hire a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Dublin West. The role involves supporting customer needs via all communication channels. You will work with a global logistics company where you will support clients and customers in delivering their goods on time. • Deliver a high level of customer service, putting the customer first at all stages of their journey
• Work closely with a diverse and vibrant team
• Communicate effectively between customers, client and the team.
• Resolve queries at the first point of contact through various communication channels.
• Provide administrative support as required
• Professionally handle all enquiries and follow up on any issues efficiently
