QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to systematically analyze issues, and development of corrective actions that permanently eliminate recurring problems are a must
  • Bottled water industry experience is a plus
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access; Oracle experience a plus
  • The ability to learn and understand programs is a must
  • Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for ensuring optimal route designs and branch location footprints to efficiently and effectively meet our customer needs. Additionally, this team member will help drive continuous improvement in companywide routing strategies, analytics, methodologies, and systems to enable leading class customer service experiences and optimal use of company resources.
  • Drive improvements in routing strategies, analytics, methodologies and systems to enable leading class customer service experiences and optimal use of company resources through efficient route designs
  • Utilize technology and analytical methods to continuously optimize routes
  • Utilize available data and collaborate with Front Line management for geographical and market insights to develop and implement routing designs
  • Conduct analysis and develop recommendations on various supply chain strategy projects that involve complex cost/benefit tradeoffs, e.g. number, location, and sizing of production and distribution facilities
  • Develop executive presentations communicating business value of route designs to support stakeholder buy-in
  • Collaborate with local management to develop route re-alignment implementation and communication plans
  • Collaborate with local management and RSR’s to understand and address re-alignment impacts
  • Support communication of all sales and commissions impacts and customer movements to local team members
  • Work with local management to ensure customer communication of service day impacts of route re-alignment
  • Assure all customers are routed correctly in Oracle route management system
  • Support M&A Integration Director in analysis to solve for supply chain impacts related to acquisitions
  • Develop data collection tools and drive import and clean-up efforts of customer address information
  • Provide additional support to M&A Integration Director related to operational integration activities
