OUR CLIENT IS A GLOBAL MNC, ONE OF THE LEADING PLAYERS IN THE WHOLESALE SECTOR. DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE TO BE PART OF THEIR TEAM FOR ONGOING TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE SOUTH – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

• Managing shipping logistics and supply chain operations
• Liaising with external parties such as warehouses, freights forwarders, clients, etc.
• Handle outbound documentations such as order fulfillments, invoices, etc
• Supporting sales teams in customer service, adhering to customer requirements, oversee payment (LC) statuses, and resolve discrepancies with bankers
• Data input using SAP system

• Ensuring compliance for exports with SOPAll other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experienced/Knowledgeable in SAP
