Logistics Executive (Planner)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Process sales orders, plan and monitoring the entire collection & delivery process
• Work with warehouses to coordinate orders being picked up from their locations
• Work with plant operators on orders loading schedule
• Keep track vessel arriving and departure schedule with agent and via Portnet
• Planning and deployment of job to driver and ensure the deliveries are completed as per schedule
• Able to attend and respond to delivery matters after working hours
• Support logistics team for adhoc projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE ’O’ level or Diploma in relevant field
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently, mature and team player
• Willing to work on 24/7 standby to answer agent or customer enquiries on supply status or internal delivery issues when needed
• Able to start work in short notice and with relevant experience is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge is a must
