As they expand their reach, we are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join their team and drive efficiency and accuracy..
The Logistics Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of inbound inventory stock, aligning processes with business objectives, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills you will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Logistics Manager role including but not limited to dealing with overseas suppliers, major wholesale customers and foreign currencies
  • Expertise in Supply Chain management procedures and best practices
  • Advanced Excel Skills including pivot tables and vlookups
  • Detailed understanding of reporting and analytical processes
  • Well-developed relationship management, customer relation skills and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability in designing and/or improving processes & procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office skills - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Wor

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage inbound and some outbound inventory stock to meet quality and service objectives within agreed timeframes.
  • Implement and oversee new processes to align with business direction and drive operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting for Senior Management, including tracking of external parties.
  • Report on stock availability and identify potential high-risk areas and times.
  • Develop, lead, and motivate a capable logistics admin team to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Executive Team to promote awareness and delivery of business objectives.
  • Develop and manage external relationships with suppliers to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
