LOGISTICS OFFICER

The Preferred Candidate should have at least bachelor’s degree in any disciplines or master degree in any faculty is much considerable, should have minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise management roles.
Demonstrated experience in middle mile transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations , preferably within an e-commerce or high-volume context, Proficiency in data analysis, capable of interpreting data, recognising trends, and making informed, data-backed decisions.
Candidate should possess Class 3 license or above, having forklift license was an extra advantage for this role.
Good at multi-tasking and comfortable with adherence to tight project timelines and good understanding of SAP and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred.
Good working knowledge of Import/Export procedures, Incoterms , and International trade is required.
Familiar with documentation and order processing, a good understanding of procurement practices and procedures.
Proactivelycoordinates with internal customers and suppliers to resolve routine purchasing supply issues; expedite outstanding purchasing orders to ensure delivery requirements are met. Processes financial data and documents for the purpose of supporting A/C departmental activities.
Work with customs broker and warehouse to manage the inbound process from import declaration to goods receipt adherence to plan.
Establish standard contracts/agreements with suppliers and logistics service providers, adhering to credit term targets.
Overall responsible for the daily operations including physical operations - receiving, storing, picking, packing, inventory management, and worker/shift management.
High level proficiency in planning and organization and Prepared to work flexible hours &weekends
