The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintaining and managing relationships with logistics partners and FBS supplier accounts
- Provide professional and dedicated service to our Fulfill by Shopee partners to ensure good warehousing and last-mile standards
- Manage and reconcile all FBS supplier-warehouse disputes
- Push for assortment expansion to increase the share of daily orders for FBS shops
- Responsible for calculating and billing monthly service fees
- Understand internal data structure and data sources in order to assist in data pulling to facilitate data analysis needed to improve workflow and make informed decision
- Possess the ability to troubleshoot logistics-related issues and liaise with the technical team in resolving them
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related discipline with 1 to 2 years of experience in logistic operational role or stakeholder management role
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change. Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must
- Experience in account management is a plus
- Good time management with the ability to work independently
- Meticulous and has an eye for details
- Excellent command of English, and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Malay, Chinese) will be an added advantage
