Logistics Quality Coordinator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Logistics Quality Coordinator to oversee loading processes and ensure the quality and timeliness of our deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics coordination or warehouse operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field
• Familiarity with routing and load planning software, such as Paragon (strongly preferred)
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and assist with some lifting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly

• Monitor loading processes and enforce quality standards to ensure quality deliveries
• Verify load quantities and proper loading techniques, working closely with the loading team
• Coordinate with team members to maintain timely van departures and smooth operations
• Conduct periodic checks on departed van routes using Paragon software
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations
• Assist with light lifting and other warehouse tasks as needed
