The Corporate Real Estate Operations group is responsible for day-to-day facilities operations, capital planning, and engineering operations of owned and leased facilities to ensure business is conducted in a clean, safe, and efficient work environment and that the value of Company physical assets is protected and improved, adhering to the highest level of engineering standards.   The hiring range for this position in California is $53,600.00 - $73,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered

• +2 years of experience in Receiving/Shipping/Logistics and/or other related work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• State issued license to be able to drive a company vehicle if needed
