We are looking for a
Responsibilities:
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN CREATING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE ARE
- Give support for logistics service providers’ safety management by improving the way of working with Neste (audits, HSSEQ requirements, incident reporting)
- Provide expert advice in road and rail transport
- Give input to Logistics agreements and planning
- Continual improvement of the Safety management system of Logistics & Commercial Operations
THE BEST COMBINATION TO SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
- MSc or equivalent, experience relevant to this role (technical or commercial education)
- Several years of experience in international logistics (road, rail, containers) including safety aspects
- Proven track record in developing and implementing safety in logistics, reaching results and driving change
- Understanding of relevant international logistics practices
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and drive implementation of above mentioned requirements in a key position across a diverse organisation
- Analytical and proactive mindset with eagerness to learn new things
