Job Description We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our UK & Ireland Logistics team (part of the wider Supply Chain function). You will operate at the intersection of internal stakeholders, Customs partners, and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure that products are delivered on time, in full, and within budget. The Logistics team manages the warehousing and distribution network and plays a key role in balancing service, efficiency, cost, flexibility, and security of supply across a European network. Our Supply Chain Compelling Business Need is: One Team, Number One with Customers, Zero Waste (1-1-0) Job Description Key Responsibilities Support UK & Ireland Logistics Account Managers Execute inventory control and reconciliation across multiple LSPs Lead and manage Customs processes (Import/Export), documentation, and compliance Manage invoices, purchase orders, and financial accuracy Produce and lead daily/weekly KPI reporting Participate in Continuous Improvement projects (Supply Chain Operating System framework) Support customer collaboration activities Manage day-to-day LSP and supplier relationships Support cost control initiatives and analysis Qualifications Skills & Experience Must Have Experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with ERP / WMS systems Ability to leverage AI and automation tools Ambition to broaden capabilities across the Supply Chain Full UK Driving Licence Travel to customers and partners required Weekly on-site visit to LSP (Banbury) Nice to Have Knowledge of FMCG operations Awareness of current trends in logistics Experience with project management Additional Information #Li-Hybrid
