  • Simulate and agree with Logistical Partner and other third parties required for warehouse schedules, resources, layout and budget in yearly and monthly basis;
  • Coordinating and implementing supply, storage and distribution processes;
  • Management of technical means used in logistics and transport processes;
  • Supervising and monitoring logistics processes with suppliers and recipients of the organization in the supply chain;
  • Coordination and audit of logistical partners to evaluate and control their operation`s quality;
  • Benchmark and improve cost through RFQs and negotiation with Logistics partners;
  • Preparation and participation in external audits (IATF, ISO);
  • Support development of logistical policy and procedure and IATF audit;
  • Monthly Logistics KPI reporting and analysis with production plant incl. problem root cause analysis and countermeasure agreement;
  • Implement optimization in area of responsibility, improve KPI;
  • Monthly Preparation and control of the logistics financial templates for cross dock;
  • Lead or support risk management activities;
  • Actively support to allocated logistical change project in the region (Net Zero, Profitability or Quality related);
  • Support Setting up of packaging solutions and packaging market knowledge, with attention to Carbon Neutrality

Poszukiwane kompetencje

  • You have a master degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Engineering or Business;
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in relevant position, preferably in the automotive industry;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You have very good excel & BI skills;
  • You have SAP knowledge (WM,PP);
  • You have a driving license cat. B;
  • You have strong sense of ownership for the process and result;
  • You can communicate effectively in a multicultural environment (negotiation included) ;
  • You are available to travel for business (mostly short visits to suppliers and our manufacturing plants in Europe and South Africa).
