Logistics Supervisor

at  Interwell Norway

We are currently seeking a logistics supervisor for our new and modern facilities. You will engage in a variety of tasks, from warehouse management, customs compliance, internal logistics and shipments both domestic and international.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant education. Can be compensated by relevant experience
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Excellent computer skills, administrative and ERP solutions.

• Daily operation logistics, tasks and activities.
• Supervise the logistics coordinators in fulfilling their responsibilities.
• Maintain close collaboration with other departments to ensure an effective workflow.
• Oversee and manage customer warehouse activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement changes to the logistics operation to optimize processes and cost.
• Monitor Logistics performance to make sure targets are being met.
• Ensure all relevant regulatory and compliance measures are met.
• Be part of Logistics Duty rotation.
• Report deviations, and improvements related to shipments.
• Customs compliance.
• Known consignor.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and personal commitment to Interwell policies.
