Description:

We are looking for a competent Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d). Join our Team based in Wallisellen/Zürich or in Vienna full time!

These are your tasks

  • Coordination of shipments and inventories through close collaboration with our 3PL and Freight Forwarder partners
  • Item master maintenance and management between the ERP (JD-Edwards), Demand and Replenishment Planning systems
  • Coordination of New Product launches between Marketing, Sales and the Product Manufacturers
  • Support in tracking and controlling the logistics costs 3PL (warehouse management and distribution)
  • Invoice verification of imported goods as well as control of the corresponding Customs Clearance documents
  • Support in purchasing of spirits, wines and champagne from all around the world
  • Support in preparation and participation in the monthly S&OP meeting
  • Involvement in different Supply Chain projects”

This is your profile

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in the areas of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Engineering or equivalent or successful apprenticeship with proven track record
  • Professional experience in the areas of Logistics/ Supply Chain Management - FMCG environment is a plus
  • Experience in Transport/ Inventory/ Database Management is a plus
  • Experience managing different Suppliers is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and high technological affinity
  • Knowledge of ERP and Replenishment Planning Systems is a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken English, German knowledge is a plus
  • Independent way of working as well as a strong ownership and problem solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
