Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To manage a team of store personnel to perform store functions and tasks to support Shop operations effectively.

  • To Align and Achieve Department Policy Deployment Progress Review.
  • Provide Leadership and Supervisory role to motivate and guide the team members to achieve company’s goals and objectives.
  • Possess interpersonal skills in building and maintaining positive relationship with team members, vendors and internal customers is important for a collaborative smooth operation.
  • Manage Material Store, Technical Store and 3PL vendor to meet Quality, Quantity and Delivery requirements.
  • Accountable and Responsible for the integrity of all Store inventory and Equipment e.g. cycle count, pilferage, misplaced stock and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of SAP to view and generate reports to identify any discrepancies in inventory control.
  • Overseeing inventory, including maintaining sufficient levels based on operation needs and reordering.
  • Periodic reviewing and identifying of processes on purchased consumables for continuous improvement and cost-effective solution.
  • Develop Multi-Skill Chart to achieve effective Skils and cross training for all team members.
  • Conduct Employee Performance Appraisals.
  • Ensure discipline among the staff & a harmonious inclusive environment and teamwork.
  • Manage current project and propose new projects for continuous improvement and budgets.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping 5S and a safety environment EHS.
