Lorry Driver

Job Description:

• Collecting and delivering of cargo
• To ensure all cargo loaded tally exactly with the given load from the Supervisors.
• To ensure all supporting documents are available in the absence of the Delivery Asst.
• To ensure all discrepancies in the loaded cargo be immediately reported
• To ensure that cargoes are loaded in a safe and secure manner.
• To be responsible for reporting of all delivery and collection status to the Controller.
• Assists the Delivery Assistant for all loading and unloading of cargoes.
• Be fully responsible for the vehicle condition, cleanliness and maintenance.

• To comply with the Road Traffic Act (RTA) at all timesOther ad-hoc duties subjected to supervisor

Job Requirements:

• A valid Singapore Driving Licence
• Familiar with Singapore roads and directions
• Possess a clean driving record (e.g. no demerit points, no outstanding traffic offences)
• Required to report at different sites from time to time (East area & West area)
• Required to work on Saturday and/or Sunday based on schedule
• Rotating shift (Day, Afternoon & Night) will be expected
