Due to major growth we are expanding our Marketing team in the US and currently looking for an Loyalty Marketing Associate to join the team.
In this role you will create and optimize player monetization and engagement, maximizing new content, meta-game features, promotions, and loyalty initiatives. Use your expertise to assist the Loyalty Marketing Manager in providing tactical support on a variety of marketing, communications, and business development initiatives to create an exciting experience for the customer. To contribute to and execute monthly plans to drive continuous improvement. To advocate for the customer and develop the tone of voice we use across all of our brands. To be creative and try new ways to engage the customer. To be driven by data.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree with Marketing, Communications, Analytics Degree, OR proven marketing experience in a customer-centric role
  • Exposure to Braze or similar CRM platform is highly regarded
  • Meticulous attention to detail and comfortable with data entry
  • Strong ability to organize feedback into a concise summary
  • Highly creative, motivated, driven and self-starting individual who enjoys developing innovative ideas, solutions, and finding areas of improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong short copywriting and marketing design guidance skills
  • Basic HTML skills - customize existing templates for new campaigns
  • Analytical and organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive team environment
  • Experience with user workflow management tools (Office, GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Slack, etc.)
