The Co-op Analyst role is responsible for supporting the Vendor Loyalty Product Management team to help grow engagement and utilization of the loyalty program and data portal among Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) partners. This role emphasizes Business and Analytics; the ideal candidate is looking to make an impact within our team and has the experience gathering insights from large data sets, identifying its implications to business processes, then creating actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Vendor Loyalty Product Management team through the development of targeted loyalty offers on the PC Optimum app.
  • Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end loyalty processes and system related business logic
  • Monitor offer performance, identify issues, then develop and implement solutions
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on vendor performance, offer utilization, and vendor engagement
  • Build dashboards and reporting to easily share results with the Vendor Loyalty team and advise on improvements
  • Conduct weekly reconciliations and remediation ensuring accurate offer reporting
  • Work with category, marketing, media, legal, operations to plan vendor promotions, manage timelines, and advise of any key updates
