Job Description:
Torch Technologies is seeking a technology professional support our model-based systems engineering team at Eglin AFB, FL. A successful candidate will have experience developing in SysML and Cameo. The candidate will be part of a team developing Cameo models and an active user of Jira/Confluence. The candidate will work to develop electronic records management flows for the team by working with a variety of teams performing different functions and implementing the workflows in the tools as needed.
The U.S. Air Force is developing a new Long-Range Stand-Off (LRSO) nuclear missile. The service plans to field the LRSO by 2030 to replace the current, General Dynamics (now Raytheon) AGM-129A Advanced Cruise Missile (ACM) that originally entered service in 1991. In May 2021, the Air Force awarded an Engineering and Manufacturing Design (EMD) contract to Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Tucson, Arizona. The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Nuclear Weapons Acquisition Division (AFNWC/NDB), which is resident at Eglin AFB, Florida, is the System Program Office (SPO) responsible for the acquisition.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Jira/Confluence Experience is required.
• MS Team Foundation Server experience is required.
• Experience in a program office is desired.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Current DOD Secret Clearance (or US Gov equivalent), must be TS eligible. Must maintain clearance at required level.
• PMP certification is preferred
• Have 10+ years of experience post degree.
• Must have a Masters’s degree in computer science. Bachelors degree plus years of experience may be substituted for the Master’s degree.
• Must have advanced program experience.

• Support program model-based systems engineering development.
• Use Teamcenter to prepare backlog reviews, plan capacity, create issues documentation, and manage requirements.
• Assist in Teamcenter Zephyr Test activities
• Develop electronic records management tools and processes for the program.
• Create status charts on program progress after reviewing and updating IPT schedule activities.
