Pacific Honda is currently looking to fill a position of a Lube & Tire Technician.
As Lube and Tire Tech you will be responsible for performing oil changes, fluid replacement, mounting and balance tires and other incidental duties vehicles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities
  • Physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Manual dexterity & physically fit
  • A valid class 5 B.C. driver license with acceptable record
  • Must be capable of driving manual transmission vehicles

Responsibilities:

  • Performs oil and filter changes and fluid top-up
  • Perform fluid changes including transmission, transfer cases and differentials
  • Mounting, balancing and rotating wheels and tires
  • Re-initializing TPMS
  • Testing and replacing batteries
  • Replacing air filters & wipers
  • Inspect vehicles, review service history and recommend required services per Honda’s manufacturer schedule
  • Minor trim work
  • Installing accessories
  • Test drive vehicles
  • Workshop maintenance
  • Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures
  • Comply with required health and safety regulations
  • Perform any other duties and assist technicians as required
