We are looking for a talented LUBRICANTS SALES SUPERVISOR to join our team specializing in SALES for our CUMMINS ENGINE COMPONENTS in DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS. ( La Uruca, 100 metros al norte de la Agencia KIA, San Jose)

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Managing and developing the lubricants sales team, supervising 5-7 sales representatives.
  • Handling national routes for the team.
  • Analyzing sales data.
  • Contacting and negotiating with clients.
  • Managing new accounts opened by the sales representatives and developing the portfolio.
  • KPIs: Sales and Margin, Sub-KPIs: coverage, market shared, average invoice.
  • 30% administrative functions, 70% field functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in data management and analysis, intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Knowledge of routes in the country, availability for visits outside the Greater Metropolitan Area, and tours.
  • Experience in the lubricants sector (minimum 2 years), engines, automotive parts, or automotive after-sales, automotive service.
  • Experience in technical and value sales in the lubricants sector is preferred.
  • Intermediate or advanced English is desirable.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Availability to travel nationally 70% of the year.
