Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estates! For our Workspace department, we’re currently looking for a Project Manager. You’ll get to develop a client relationship from the early stages until the realization of the workspace project by managing the fit-out of office space. If workplace strategy and new work environment’s trends are a passion for you, if you are capable to follow a project from A to Z (materials selection, fit out works coordination, move management, …) and to build long-term relationship with clients, we can’t wait to hear from you!

Other responsibilities are:

• Workspace Definition: In close collaboration with the Interior Design team, works on the spatial study & material proposals (including furniture) in adequacy with our clients’ expectations in terms of needs, image & quality.
• Green advice: Advising with regard to the sustainable use of office buildings
• As teamwork will be a key to success, you will work in close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager and/or Director and with the support of the Interior Architect & other Project Manager
