Description:

My client is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join heir luxury retail team and contribute to their success in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of this luxury retail team, you will play a vital role in achieving individual and team sales goals, supporting daily store operations, and building strong relationships with their valued clients. If you are energetic, sales hungry, have luxury retail experience and full working rights in Australia this could be your perfect role!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in luxury or travel-related retail sales is preferred, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Self-Motivation: Exhibit self-motivation, maturity, and a collaborative spirit, contributing positively to team dynamics and overall store success.
  • Language Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in spoken and written English, ensuring clear communication with diverse clientele and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Goals: Drive individual and team sales targets by delivering unparalleled service to valued clients.
  • Support Store Operations: Assist in daily operations, including maintaining store appearance, managing inventory, and providing after-sales follow-up support.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clientele to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating local events and upholding brand standards to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the community.
  • Financial Responsibilities: Collect payments and reconcile cash balances at store closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks as directed by the manager to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Report customer complaints, defective merchandise, returns, and any unauthorized activities promptly to ensure timely resolution.
