Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Associate to elevate the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Ready-to-Wear in the luxury market, a proven ability to build and maintain repeat clientele and VIP relationships, and a dedication to delivering exceptional after-sales service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a Sales Associate role within the international luxury market.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion brands, trends, and styles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional shopping experience to clients by offering personalised assistance and expert advice on luxury Ready-to-Wear collections.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the latest fashion trends, luxury brands, and product knowledge to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
- Manage after-sales services, including alterations and returns, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Actively participate in clienteling initiatives and VIP events to enhance the boutique’s brand image and attract new clientele.
