DESCRIPTION

Key Job Elements

  • Manage In-Service Support (ISS) requirements (cost, schedule, performance, risk)
  • Coordinate with LVM Partners, subcontractors, and internal and external customers to deliver high quality products and services
  • Support development of LVM ISS strategy
  • Manage delivery, review quality and address Customer feedback leading to support ISS contractual deliverables/CDRLs
  • Conduct regular Customer briefings
  • Present status to internal leadership on project execution
  • Manage technical issues through to resolution and address requests issued directly through the LVM Management team
  • Identify and manager ISS risks associated to the program
  • Lead the development of Proposals/ BOEs/ ROMs
  • Provide technical guidance and support to LVM Management team during negotiations
  • Lead execution activities to support ISS contractual deliverablesand requirements

Required Qualifications

  • University degree or College Diploma in technical discipline
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a project oriented technical role
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team, solve problems, and provide technical leadership and direction
  • Demonstrated ability to plan projects and manage cost, schedule and performance
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment, including the ability to give presentations and influence internal and external customers.
  • Ability to travel (15% Cdn) and (15% US & Int’l) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading a cross-functional team
  • Knowledge of Military customers
  • Project Management experience (with PMP certification)
