QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid experience of all aspects of M&A (pipeline, transaction, integration)
  • Track record of having been responsible for multiple transactions
  • Experience of working in an industrial setting
  • Proven leadership skills and management experience of direct reports
  • Experience of managing cross regional projects
  • Accustomed to work in an international setting
  • Fluent English a requirement and further language skills a merit

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Acquisitions are an integral part of NCAB’s growth strategy. Whilst maintaining a high focus on organic growth our aim is that in the coming years ~50% of our total revenue growth will come from acquisitions. This means that the scope of our M&A activities will continue to increase and we need to increase the team working with these activities. This means strengthening our capabilities and increase our capacity for Pipeline development, Deal execution and Integration capabilities of acquired companies.
As part of these activities, we are now looking for a Director of M&A and Business development leading these activities on a global level for the Group reporting to the CEO and CFO at the NCAB Group’s head office in Stockholm, Sweden.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Lead NCAB’s global M&A activities with the objective to generate at least 10% of group top line growth

  • Pipeline development
  • Target approach, negotiation execution of transactions
  • Coordinate integration processes

Strategic Business Development

  • Support Group Management with strategic business and market analysis
  • Lead the strategy development process within the Group
  • Identify and initiate improvement activities
