JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a PE-backed financial services firm as they embark on an ambitious acquisition strategy. Supporting the Head of M&A and the CEO, the successful candidate will contribute across all stages of the deal lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, analysing and proposing potential acquisition targets.
  • Reviewing and summarising financial and operational information provided by targets.
  • High-level financial modelling of normalised EBITDA and projected growth.
  • Managing external due diligence providers and legal advisors and critically assessing their outputs.
  • Reviewing the negotiation of legal agreements and managing related timelines.

Responsibilities:

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

Successful candidate will likely have the following background:

  • A professional accountancy qualification with 0-2 years PQE.
  • Experience in corporate finance, transaction services, deal advisory or similar.
  • A self-starter with a keen attention to detail, excellent commercial acumen and strong communication skills.
