JOB DESCRIPTION
Join a PE-backed financial services firm as they embark on an ambitious acquisition strategy. Supporting the Head of M&A and the CEO, the successful candidate will contribute across all stages of the deal lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, analysing and proposing potential acquisition targets.
- Reviewing and summarising financial and operational information provided by targets.
- High-level financial modelling of normalised EBITDA and projected growth.
- Managing external due diligence providers and legal advisors and critically assessing their outputs.
- Reviewing the negotiation of legal agreements and managing related timelines.
Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
Successful candidate will likely have the following background:
- A professional accountancy qualification with 0-2 years PQE.
- Experience in corporate finance, transaction services, deal advisory or similar.
- A self-starter with a keen attention to detail, excellent commercial acumen and strong communication skills.
