Responsibilities:
- Execute and coordinate M&A projects including contract negotiation and internal board approvals
- Lead cross-functional project teams at Uniper
- Participate in the delivery of major corporate group initiatives (strategy, corporate development)
- Actively collaborate to derive and update Uniper’s Group Strategy
- Provide support in the process of defining portfolio measures
