Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The M&E Coordinator will play a critical role in tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for using data to drive decision-making and improve program outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma Electrical, LEW Prefer, Major(Prefer in P&S, ACMV, Fire Protective).
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in M&E, preferably in the non-profit or international development sector.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing M&E systems and frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with donor requirements and reporting standards (e.g., USAID, UN, DFID)
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement M&E plans for various projects and programs.
- Design and manage data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor program activities and collect data.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess program performance and impact.
- Prepare comprehensive M&E reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with program teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Train and support staff in M&E processes and data management.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of M&E activities and results.
- Contribute to proposal writing and project design from an M&E perspective.
