Description:
Wates Group have an opportunity for a M&E Project Director to join Smartspace, our fit out and refurbishment business.
As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading project teams on medium to high-value data centre upgrade and development projects ranging between £1-25m. Your role involves ensuring customer expectations are met, identifying and mitigating project risks, and providing exemplary leadership to achieve project success. Your focus will include pre-construction through to handover, safety, quality, and financial targets while supporting the company’s environmental and safety initiatives.
