M&E Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge in maintenance of M&E service
• Prior supervisory experience in construction or facilities industry
• Knowledge in REVIT and AutoCAD
• Competent in WSH BCSS
• Prefer with government or stated board experience in building management or construction.

• Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of M&E trades on site
• Work closely with subcontractors on their works to ensure timely work progress
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications and compliance in Singapore Standard and Code of Practice
• Able to arrange and lead team for Temporary Utilities on Site
• To arrange for inspection with RE and RTO on M&E Services
• Able to understand and update any CAD drawings or REVIT
• Able to understand M&E Services
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
