POSITION: M&I CORPORATE ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Earth Science Laboratories Inc. is looking for an M&I Corporate Accounts Manager position. This is a remote based position with required travel to the Corporate Office located in Rogers, Arkansas and manufacturing facility located in Holdrege, Nebraska, along with other necessary travel.

Develop and manage a strategic business plan for the major customers > $500,000/year with an aim to continue double digit growth through clearly defined business plans.
Manage the internal divisional structure (Regional Sales Managers) to support growth and profitability of these corporate accounts.
Manage and expand current EarthTec Business by identifying new significant partners in all areas of the business including Municipal drinking water, Rec Water and industrial applications.
Develop commercial strategies for opportunities as they emerge. Identify profit improvement strategies across the Municipal Business. Help develop yearly budgets for the Municipal Business, Rec water, and Industrial. Support product development and market work supporting ESL Rec Water customers.
Starting base salary of $190,000 with possible increase after 90 days. The position will have two structured reviews evaluating progress, job performance, and milestones. A 90 day review and a yearly review.
This position will be eligible for: (1) Monthly car allowance $750, (2) Monthly communication allowance: $100, (3) Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance policy (after 60 days), and (4) 401K plan with matching 4% (after 90 days).
Employment will be contingent upon a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
