EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• 4+ years of software development experience on M365 using .NET, SpFx, React
• 3+ years Consulting and Building solutions on the Power Platform (Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• 2+ year experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM/Agile)
• Strong experience working in all project life-cycles
• Be willing to get creative and innovative on solutions and offers alternative solutions to the different problems that may appear
• Proactively seeks solutions to improve processes and applications
• Responsible, quick learner and aspire to be innovative
• Fluent in English

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, , JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with PowerShell and PNP scripts
• Business systems analysis and support experience
• Experience with M365 development utilizing PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online
• Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure Entra, and Azure ecosystem
• Prior experience with SOA/web services design and programming; experience with SharePoint 2016/2019/SE, React and JavaScript
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
• Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps
• Experience developing PowerApps model
• Proficient creating PowerShell scripts.
• Prior experience with SharePoint On Prem migrations
• Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Proven experience working with Azure PaaS services
• Proficiency with continuous integration tools and techniques with Azure DevOps
• Demonstrable SQL Server (TSQL) knowledge

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a M365 Consultant and Power Apps Developer experienced in M365, Azure, .NET and React. This role requires some SQL and Architecture experience and a willingness to lead client engagements through consulting, and discovery.
In this role you will have a growth mindset and strive for excellence both for their projects and their colleagues with a lasered client centric focus. Joining our team as a M365 Consultant and Power Apps Developer, you will have proven experience working with Microsoft 365 with an aptitude for .NET engineering with React frontends. You have proven experience in the Power Platform Environments, Canvas Apps, Flows, Dataverse, Azure App Services, C#, REST, JavaScript, DevOps Boards and Pipelines.
This role will report directly to the Modern Workplace Team Lead and will work closely with Clients, Team Leads, Technical Consultants, Resource Managers and developers across the business to ensure practice goals and objectives are met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Worked on SharePoint 2016/2019/SE and SharePoint Online
• Developing Apps using Power Platform environments and maintain existing ones
• Applying Power Apps including an in-depth understanding of customisation, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints
• Assisting in collecting and identifying functional requirements
• Raising the causes of bugs or potential issues of the product are skills that we hope you have, and we will also help you develop.
• Being adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality
• Addressing and remediating security vulnerability findings in Power Apps
• Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
• Responsible for developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
• Installation and configuration of data gateways.
• Development of Azure logic apps and functions and Power BI development.
• Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
• Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
• Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365 and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
