Your role
At Allens, our business teams are also specialists in their field, using their unique knowledge and expertise to solve critical client and business challenges.
You’ll be a part of our IT team based in Sydney, Melbourne of Brisbane.
As the M365 Solutions Engineer you will be responsible for improving the digital workplace experience by understanding, onboarding and leveraging our Microsoft 365 Tools.
This role requires collaboration with stakeholders within the firm, to find ways to improve processes and collaboration. The role involves working closely with the Digital Workplace Lead, as well as collaborating with the technology training team to, record solution requirements, organise user acceptance and training and ensure optimal user experience.
The role will also the lead the onboarding of M365 solutions to ensure integration into the Allens technology systems.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. Hybrid working (60% in the office) is how we work however flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you.
About you

You will have:

  • Experience with evaluating and implementing solutions using the M365 platform, in particular its Modern Workplace suite, including but not limited to Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform
  • Experience in configuring, maintaining, and supporting Office 365 Modern Workplace.
  • Experience in implementing digital workplace transformation projects.
  • A deep interest in identifying, assessing and communicating new and emerging technologies that support the firms objectives
  • An understanding of, and experience in stakeholder and change management within a large organisation is desirable.
  • Ability to create and deliver business presentations to audiences from various business backgrounds.
