Your tasks
Support the First Line Managers (FLM) on shift and the Head of Department, supporting them on the daily operational work.
Tasks
1. Supports the products are manufactured on time, quality, and cost
2. Supports extruded components to ensure that the components are manufactured in the right quantities, according to the production schedule.
3. Identifies deviations related to the production schedules and performs corrective actions.
4. Allocation of manpower as per demand released by logistics.
5. Support timely transfer and delivery of extruded components to tire building.
6. Supports managing the resources in the shift (material/people/equipment).
7. Identifies the activities to manage the existent workload (e.g. Running of operations)
8. Monitor the given constraints applicable (eg. EHS; Internal Rules; )
9. Training and multi-skilling employees.
10. Supports the First Line Manager to achieve the targets for internal production KPI (NCR, Meters produced, and Scrap )
11. Supports deviation management to react to abnormalities of targets for Safety e.g. incidents and quality incidents.
12. Ensure data are updated in the frequency as required in line with CBT objectives.
13. Participates in cross-functional meetings in case of deviations on KPIs.
14. Support FLM with KPI preparation and update by operating shop floor relevant systems.
15. Highlight potential safety issues including those related to ergonomics in order to avoid safety cases.
16. Support shop floor ESH coordinator to check potential safety issue.
17. Acts as a multi-skilled operator
18. Substitute other operators in case of absenteeism and decrease the usage of Extra Hours
19. Perform machine set ups
20. Autonomous Maintenance, troubleshooting and fault-finding
21. Conduct SPS
Your profile
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
