Position Overview
They are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join their team. As a key member of the machine learning division, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving our content classification algorithms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance their product’s capabilities and contribute to the ongoing success of our cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

• Algorithm Development, Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms for the classification of social media content.
• Data Preprocessing, Work on preprocessing and cleaning large datasets, ensuring high-quality input for training and evaluation purposes.
• Model Training and Evaluation, Train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM models for social media content classification, continually improving model accuracy and performance.
• Feature Engineering, Contribute to feature engineering efforts to enhance the effectiveness of the models in understanding the nuances of social media language.
• Collaboration, Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and data scientists, to integrate machine learning models into our products seamlessly.
• Stay Updated, Keep abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning, applying state-of-the-art techniques to enhance our product’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in the domain of natural language processing.
• Expertise in working with Large Language Models and familiarity with their applications in social data content analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
