What will this role achieve?
Machine Minders are accountable for product and process delivery. They, they will work closely with their Data Contact and ATM regarding any issues that they come across to achieve the production plan that ensure customer supply. The role will require flexibility and good communication skills.
All training will be given.

What will be your key deliverables?

• You will ensure that Health & Safety comes first in any area that you are working in`.
• You will be the highlight to an ATM and DC when your machinery breaks down.
• Ensure Quality standards compliance against all Customer expectations.
• Deliver the production plan and develop and maintain good communications / working relationships between Manufacturing and Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are delivered.

Bring your experience

Essential

• Manufacturing experience.
• Safety first mindset.
• To have operated some machinery before.
• Team player, effective communication, behavioural excellence, flexibility, problem solving and decision making skills.

Desirable

• Food Safety level 3

Shift Pattern
Double days A Shift Monday-Friday 37 hours per week Week 1: 6am-2pm, Week 2: 2pm-10pm.
