Oji Fibre Solutions is New Zealand’s leading manufacturer of pulp, paper and suppliers of packaging solutions to a wide range of industries throughout the country. Our Paper Bag business based in Penrose, Auckland designs and produces multi-wall bags for the Dairy, Cement, Flour and Sugar industries throughout the country and into offshore markets.

• Our machines are large and complex, being mechanically minded and having the ability to problem solve when a machine is blocked.
• Fitness is important. Our roles are physically demanding; with lifting & being on your feet all day, you must like being active and enjoy manual work.
• An understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Do you take pride in your work and focus on Quality production?
• Good aptitude and literacy (numerical and computer skills).
• Health and Safety practice is important on our sites, and we are looking for people who can show they are committed to working safely.
• If you have initiative, a positive attitude and a desire to learn then you can grow with the job and learn other areas within our production.
• You must be reliable with your own transport and get to work on time.
• We have a fantastic production team and are looking for a positive and hardworking person to join out team based at our plant in Penrose, Auckland with great access to all motorways
