ABOUT YOU:

• Residential or commercial demolition experience is preferred, however we will accept candidates with extensive experience in earthworks or civil construction.
• Relevant licenses and endorsements for machine operation.
• Strong understanding of machine safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate demolition machinery efficiently and safely.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance of the machinery.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of demolition tasks.
• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other staff.
• Manage site operations and activities in accordance to project plans.
