Our facility started in British Colombia and now expands internationally including facilities in Ontario Canada, Houston Texas, China and Pakistan. We are looking to add an individual to our manufacturing team in Brantford, in our Die Cutting department running our manual die cutting machines.
Shift: Afternoons Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm
Wage: $20.34/hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and sperate product according to our SOP’s(1st Grade,2nd Grade,3rd Grade)
  • Meet high demand production targets
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
  • Accurately and legibly fill out production paperwork and downtime tracking
  • Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to supervisors and or maintenance staff
  • Identify Quality concerns quickly and effectively
  • Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness
  • Preform other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve
  • A Team Player who constructively contributes to a positive environment
  • Good mechanical skills for small repairs
  • Uphold absenteeism rate below 3.5%
  • Previous forklift experience is an asset
