Machine Operator (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION

• Understand all relevant rules and guidelines for food hygiene and safety.
• Ability to operate pilot scale food production lines from cultivation of fungal biomass to finished food processing.
• Capacity to handle raw and auxiliary material.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized production environment.
• Stabilize the in-house production process according to KPIs in collaboration with colleagues in the team.
