Machine Technician

As a machine technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our manufacturing machinery’s efficient operation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on production machinery, including but not limited to, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with machinery promptly and efficiently.
• Repair: Execute repairs on faulty equipment, replace defective parts, and ensure all machinery is in compliance with safety standards.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and repairs, documenting all services performed and parts used.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to address machinery-related concerns and provide technical support as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic computer skills.
