Description:

Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Hybrid MacOS Support and Engineering Consultant. It will be 50% remote and 50% onsite in your current location.

Description of duties:

  • Provide tier 2 and 3 support to MacOS device fleet
  • Work closely with other IT teams such as Cyber and Network to remediate problems and incidents
  • Deploy software, OS and security updates to MacOS fleet
  • Build, test and deploy MacOS system policy changes

Required Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrator or Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Strong understanding of MacOS operating systems, hardware and software
  • MacOS system administration, networking and security
  • Device management experience using Jamf MDM
  • Understanding of large enterprise IT infrastructure - Networks, Security, Cloud

Responsibilities:
