You will be able to find a full Job description and Person Specification attached within the supporting documents or please click Apply now to view in Trac The successful candidate will: Assist in delivering a clinical MR physics service for the benefit of the Health Board and its patients. Provide support for the MR Safety Expert role. Provide scientific support for advanced scanning techniques and assist clinical MR staff with the physical interpretation and manipulation of complex MR patient data. Assist with the optimisation of pulse sequences and techniques to improve diagnostic quality and obtain relevant clinical information.
Provide appropriate scientific support and advice to quality assurance programmes for MR equipment. Support changes and improvements in the delivery of the MR physics service. Ensure that all aspects of their duties comply with statutory requirements. Contribute to high quality postgraduate teaching programmes in relation to MR physics
