POSITION SUMMARY

Position is responsible for a wide variety of functions primarily in support of the Maintenance group, including timekeeping, requisitioning, recordkeeping, and coordinating. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills, good decision quality, some technical knowledge, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Handle record keeping and reporting for a variety of areas including Fuel Purchases, electrical megging, equipment grounds, hand tools, extension cords, hoist-lifting devices, locks and keys – maintaining compliance with governmental and agency regulations in all areas.
  • Process a high-volume of requisitions and credit card purchases for all departments IAW company policies; make service entries for purchased goods, make fuel purchases. Requires ability to talk knowledgeably with vendors about mechanical, electrical, pipe, and automotive parts.
  • Maintain calibration records through computer system for electrical, electronic, temperature control equipment, etc.
  • Assist with problem resolution in a variety of areas for maintenance group – researching, evaluating, making.
  • Coordinate pre-bid conferences (contacting vendors, providing scope of work, coordinating on-site meetings) for outside contractors for upcoming work.

    In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $44,800- $67,200. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
